This Privacy Policy explains what information AistackGraph ("AistackGraph (Company Signal Intelligence)", "we", "us") collects when you use aistackgraph.com, and how we use it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Watchlist activity — the companies you track (used to deliver your alerts and digests).
• Account data — if you subscribe, we store your email and Stripe customer reference to authenticate access.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that data.
• Technical logs — IP address, user agent, timestamps (for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention).

2. Public data we compile

• Our database is built exclusively from publicly available sources: websites, news feeds, job postings, public GitHub repositories and product pages.
• We do not access private accounts, private repositories, or non-public information.

3. How we use information

• Provide and improve signal monitoring, summaries, digests and alerts.
• Send service-related emails (receipts via Stripe, alert notifications, weekly digests).
• Prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorized access.

4. AI processing

Signal titles and public context are sent to a third-party LLM provider to generate summaries and severity labels. No personal data is sent for AI processing.

5. Cookies & tracking

• We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.
• We may use basic analytics to understand aggregate usage (e.g. which pages are visited).

6. Sharing

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We share data only with service providers required to run the service (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for infrastructure, the LLM provider for summaries), and only to the extent needed.

7. Retention & your rights

• We retain technical logs for a limited period for abuse prevention, and account data until you cancel or request deletion.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
