Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of aistackgraph.com and the AistackGraph services (the "Service"), provided by AistackGraph (Company Signal Intelligence). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

• Free: company profiles, signal feeds, rankings and public pages.
• Explorer ($19/month): watch up to 10 companies, weekly AI digests, email alerts.
• Pro ($99/month): unlimited companies, API and MCP access, real-time alerts, history export.
• All paid plans are billed via Stripe.

2. Data disclaimer

• The Service derives data from publicly available signals and presents it with severity levels and AI-generated summaries. Information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.
• AI summaries are machine-generated and may contain errors.
• You acknowledge the data is provided "as is" and must not be treated as professional, investment or legal advice.

3. Accounts & API keys

• Your API key is personal; do not share it. We may rotate or revoke keys on suspected abuse.
• You are responsible for activity performed with your key.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not redistribute or resell bulk data without a separate written agreement.
• Respect rate limits; automated bulk harvesting of the public pages is not permitted.

5. Payments, cancellation & refunds

• Explorer and Pro are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with notice.
• Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied — email [email protected].

6. Intellectual property

• The Service, its code, trademarks and compiled database (where not derived from third-party public sources) belong to AistackGraph (Company Signal Intelligence). You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service per your plan.

7. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AistackGraph (Company Signal Intelligence) is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, or for reliance on the data provided.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, or abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
